The program provides an opportunity to undergo direct audio/video/text consultation with our medical consultant. For audio consultation your computer must be equipped with a microphone and speakers. To get video consultation, additionally a web camera is required. Consultation program contains four main windows. You can change the size of each of them, as well as their position.
The window I is used to get consultation in the form of text. In the bottom of the window you type text and send a message to the other party by pressing the Enter key on the keyboard of your computer. You have options to edit the text (font size, weight, underline, color, etc.).
The Window 2 is used for the audio or video consultation. When you double-click on this window, program will ask you permission to connect your microphone and webcam with our site. Click button “Allow”. In Window 3 select the name “Medical Consultant” from the Users List and click "View the user's cam & mic". Then you will see our consultant in the Window 2. You can accomplish text/audio/video communication at the same time.
The window 3 shows names of all visitors of our website which use at present the consultation program. Each user of the program automatically gets to general virtual "room" in which conference is carried out. Accordingly, each sent or received text message is accessible to other participants of conference.
If you prefer a confidential text communication with the consultant, select “Medical Consultant” in a Window 3 and then click on the button "Send Private Message" in the same window. In the appeared new window, write text and send it to the other party by pressing the “Enter” key on the keyboard of your computer.
