Citizens of following states do not need visa for entry to Georgia and 90 days stay:
1. European Union member states;
2. United States of America;
3. Canada;
4. Japan;
5. Swiss Confederation;
6. Liechtenstein;
7. Norway;
8. State of Israel;
9. Vatican;
10. Andorra;
11. San-Marino;
12. Island;
13. United Arab Emirates;
14. State of Kuwait;
15. Republic of Korea;
16. State of Qatar;
17. Bahrain Kingdom;
18. Oman Sultanate.
With each of the countries listed below Georgia has a two-sided agreement on travel without visa for holders of diplomatic, special or service passports:
Azerbaijan – travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Bulgaria - travel without visa for holders of diplomatic passports only;
Egypt – ordinary passport holders need visa, all other types of passport holders travel without visa for 30 days maximum;
Turkmenistan - ordinary passports need visa, all other types of passport holders travel without visa for 30 days maximum;
Iran - ordinary passport holders need visa, all other types of passports travel without visa for 30 days maximum;
Moldova - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Armenia - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Tajikistan - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Uzbekistan - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Ukraine travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Kyrgyzstan - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Kazakhstan - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
People's Republic China - ordinary passport holders need visa, holders of other types of passports and tourist groups travel without visa;
Byelorussia - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports;
Turkey - travel without visa for holders of all types of passports up to 90 days;
Period of stay in Georgia by 6-month ordinary visa is 90 days; by 1-year visa – 180 days. On each entry uninterrupted period of stay shall not exceed 90 days.

- Single entry ordinary visa for 90 days stay - 30 UDS
- Double-entry ordinary visa for 90 days stay – 45 USD
- Multiple entry ordinary visa for 90 days stay – 50 USD
- Double-entry ordinary visa for 180 days stay – 60 USD
- Multiple entry ordinary visa for 180 days stay – 100 USD
- Single entry ordinary visa with transit permit - 5 USD
- Double-entry ordinary visa with transit permit – 10 USD
- Multiple entry ordinary visa with transit permit – 30 USD
- Residential visa – 30 USD
- Visa transfer to a new passport – 5 USD
In Georgian diplomatic representations and consular offices overseas diplomatic, service and ordinary visas are issued with single, double or multiple entry permits.
On issuance of Georgian visa validity of the travel document shall exceed validity of the visa for at least 3 months.
