After surgery patient is allowed to leave simultaneously after receiving postoperative instructions from his/her treating doctor. It is recommended to sit in a vehicle accurately in order to avoid head striking- as head appears to be numb after surgery due to applied local anesthesia during the procedure.  On time of arrival home, patient should remove hat and first bandage- which covers recipient area; the second bandage covering donor area will be removed on the second day by the doctor on postoperative consultation in the clinic.
